On Labor Day, speaking to AFL-CIO, Obama said
“The special interests are doing what they always do which is scare the heck out of people. I got a question for all these folks who say we are going to pull the plug on Grandma and this is all about illegal immigrants. You’ve heard all the lies. I have a question for all those folks. What are you going to do? What is your answer? What’s your solution? And you know what? They don’t have one. Their answer is to do nothing.”
The only thing I can’t give you an answer to is why Obama says that the other side has no answers or solutions to health care. Therefore, all I can do is speculate. The president’s ignorant comments to his union buddies on Labor Day stem from one of two things.
1. Obama is very close-minded and only gets his information from liberal news outlets like CNN, MSNBC and the NY Times.
2. More lies from the president.
I am convinced President Obama is lying. He can’t seriously be so uninformed that he knows nothing about what the other side has proposed. I have compiled a list of Conservative solutions to health care.
It took me five minutes to find this information. I think Obama could do the same.

**UPDATE**
According to House GOP Leader John Boehner, President Obama hasn’t invited House GOP leaders to the White House for meetings about healthcare reform since the end of April. GOP leaders sent a letter to the president telling him Republicans want to work with democrats to find “common ground” on healthcare. The administration rejected this letter saying they had it under control.

We cannot let the president get away with saying Republicans have no solutions or answers to healthcare reform. Don’t be silly, of course they do. The only reason Obama doesn’t know their ideas is because he refuses to listen.
