What I find fascinating is that not one Democrat in Congress, including the president, has read or fully understands any of the health care bills that they are trying to force upon Americans. But yet Congress and the President know enough to exempt themselves from every single health care bill that has been proposed. Congressional Democrats have gone out of their way to refuse the exact same health care they are trying to push on us. According to most Democrats in Congress (and Obama), Obamacare is good enough for us, but not for them.
The Health Care Summit on February 25, 2010 exposed that Obama and the Democrat’s health care bills suck. And that Republicans are the only ones who want to make health care affordable for all, as opposed to a government takeover of the entire industry. Democrats don’t want to fix health care; they want to control it. They want to remake it according to their self-serving, uninformed, Socialist vision. Once they control health care, they will control the population and our votes.
The “Health Care” dog and pony show got nothing accomplished. Democrats have already let us know that they are going to do what they are going to do, BY ANY MEANS NECESSARY. And they don’t care what we think. I think Democrat Chris Dodd described it best, the day before the Health Care summit, when he said: ‘You can either join us or get out of the way.
