One day before Arizona’s immigration law went into effect, a Clinton appointee, U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton blocked vital parts of Arizona’s immigration law. She ruled that law enforcement cannot ask the immigration status of people they stop for breaking the law. So what happens when an ILLEGAL hombre gets pulled over for speeding, suspected murder, or gets caught robbing a bank?
Bolton literally ruled that anyone not a citizen of Arizona doesn’t have to carry immigration documentation. How are police supposed to do their job? American citizens are required to have our identification, but ILLEGAL immigrants can walk around with nothing!
ILLEGAL immigrant criminals and terrorists are going to love living in Arizona.

A federal judge this morning blocked several critical provisions of Arizona’s new immigration law from taking effect, delivering a last-minute victory to opponents of the law that brought the state a flurry of mostly negative international attention.
The overall law will still take effect Thursday, but without the provisions that angered opponents. Sections barred from being enforced include:
• Requiring a police officer to make a reasonable attempt to check the immigration status of those they have stopped;
• Forbidding police from releasing anyone they have arrested until that person’s immigration status is determined;
• Making it a violation of Arizona law for anyone not a citizen to fail to carry documentation;
• Creating a new state crime for trying to secure work while not a legal resident;
• Allowing police to make warrantless arrests if there is a belief the person has committed an offense that allows them to be removed from the United States.
“Requiring Arizona law enforcement officials and agencies to determine the immigration status of every person who is arrested burdens lawfully-present aliens because their liberty will be restricted while their status is checked,” U.S. District Judge Susan Bolton ruled.

Bolton separately said the state cannot make it a crime for illegal immigrants to seek work in this state.
This judge, Democrats, and the Obama administration have destroyed Arizona’s ability to stop/prevent ILLEGAL immigration. That’s the plan.
The court’s decision to enjoin most of SB1070 correctly affirms the federal government’s responsibilities in enforcing our nation’s immigration laws,” said Department of Homeland Security press secretary Matt Chandler in an e-mailed statement. The Obama had administration has dedicated unprecedented resources to the border over the past year and a half and will continue to work to disrupt criminal organizations, focus on criminal illegal immigrants who pose a public safety threat and employers who knowingly hire illegal immigrants, he wrote.
“We are focused on smart effective immigration and border enforcement while we work with Congress toward the type of bipartisan comprehensive reform that will provide true security and establish accountability and responsibility in our immigration system at the national level,” he wrote.
Obama and Democrats want to legalize 20 million plus ILLEGAL immigrants before the November elections. And if they are successful, America will have a permanent Democrat majority for the rest of our lives. Look at the freedom Obama and Dems have stolen from us in 18 months. If not stopped in November, imagine what they will do to us in the next 2 years.
