MI.gov Food Assistance: Press 3 For Arabic

07/11/2011

Soon America will be so diverse, no one will speak English.

So now in Michigan when you call the Public Assistance office you are told to Press 1 for English. Press 2 for Spanish, or Press 3 for Arabic! Every time you add a new language to an American program, it requires an additional number of persons fluent in that language to process those persons who refuse to learn English in order to live here at an additional cost to the taxpayer! Why are we even allowing persons to immigrate here who cannot provide for themselves, and putting them in our welfare system?

We need to stop codling all the different lanquages that are currently in the USA. If they cannot learn and abide by English, then they can get an interpreter. We need to enforce this in each state, and there needs to be a Federal Mandate, but it could be left to the states with Federal financial Help to get it done. for one, it’s called Respect to learn the language of the country you live in, and that’s basis respect. Secondly, it saves the government money, and that is the reason there should be no other language spoken or printed in the legal circles – in private, or family, cultural areas, no problem at all and this is the way it’s been in the USA since our beginning. God Bless America and lets return to common sense and practical ways to handle things with respect staying in place for all with the least cost. We owe NO ONE anything, and outsiders are darn lucky to be allowed here and should appreciate that. If they cannot, the door is open for them to leave if it’s better somewhere else.

Obama needs to wake up and do something right before all the country looks like Detroit .I will keep praying that God gives him some wisdom.

Kenneth said it so well. I came to America over 60 years ago with my family. We learned the language. We received no government assistance. We went to work. We were proud to be Americans and respected all peoples as long as they were considerate of others and made an effort to support themselves and family. Not many back in those days demanded government assistance. We were much too proud. It boggles my mind today how many expect, almost demand, the government assistance. BLAME those in government that are responsible for initiating this behavior.
