Democrat Arizona State Senator Catherine Miranda LASHES OUT at a student athlete for not wanting to play against biological men in women’s sports:
“How competitive do you think you really are?”
SICK.
AZ Democrat Sen. Catherine Miranda said it’s all about how competitive people want to be.
She said:
“…So you grew up one way. I grew up a different way.”
As she laughed, she said:
“I would have taken on men in a heartbeat. I played in, um, I was the only girl sometimes in men’s sports. But to have a man on my team, I would have welcomed it. But this is just my opinion. So it just depends on the sports mentality of that individual.
At the very end, with a smile on her face, she said:
“This bill is bad because you’re just putting a whole community of women’s sports in one category, when women like me, we have a different opinion. So how competitive do you think you really are?”
Unbelievable. Look at her smile when she said the last part. That is the entire point: to separate biological men and women in sports.
First, what sports did she play against men in? Golf? Pool?
Second, she said, “I would have taken on men,” but then she also says she was the only girl sometimes in men’s sports. So which is it? Did she, or is she just saying she would have? It sounds like she is lying. Look at her smile and laugh throughout this. Also, since when do girls play in men’s sports?
”Girls” never play in “men’s” sports.
Of course she would have welcomed men on her team against girls — men are stronger. That’s exactly the point. As a woman, I’d take men on my team too, but I do not want to play against them.
Now let me tell you what it was actually like to be the only “girl” playing against “men.”
When I was in high school, I played 3-on-3 basketball against teen boys in the driveway many times. They were stronger, faster, and able to jump higher than me, and I was tall and all muscle back then. A couple of them could dunk on me.
I experienced their strength and physical ability compared to teen girls. Those boys knocked me down, bruised me, and got mad when I scored on them or blocked their shots. Then they came at me even harder.
The only reason it didn’t get worse is because they knew that if they hurt me too badly, they’d get in trouble.
So no, this is not just about “competitiveness.” It’s about strength. Males and females are built differently, and that matters in sports.
And where are all the trans men playing against men? I’d love to see this Democrat play a physical sport against a competitive trans woman today.
How about we invent a new category: Trans. Trans men and trans women can play against each other, and everyone like her who wants to play that way is welcome too.
This democrat politician said it’s about how much competition people want to take on. Well, obviously trans women in women’s sports don’t want to take on that much competition.
So let’s get rid of men’s and women’s sports, and play by how much competition people want to take on. She acts like she is so tough. And as a girl, she would have played men in a heartbeat. Those are the words of a woman who has never played physical sports against men!
