Democrat Defends Drug Runners As 2 Terrified Men With Little Economic Opportunity, Not Pablo Escobar

On Jen Psaki’s fake news show, Democrat Rep. Jim Himes chose to center sympathy on the drug traffickers killed in a narco-boat strike. He painted them as broken, frightened men deserving of empathy.

The Democrat said:

“You know, I live in a political world and a lot of folks, if you just tell them the president is killing narco-terrorists in the Caribbean, reasonably enough they’ll say a lot of Americans die because of overdoses and they might say okay, I’m supportive of that.

But what you need to do is you need to see two terrified men clinging to the wreckage of a ship. And these men are not — this is not Pablo Escobar out there on a boat. These are guys that probably didn’t have a lot of economic opportunity, made a terrible decision to participate in the drug trade.”

Psaki watched him with that heavy, serious concern-journalist stare, nodding along like viewers were meant to grieve for the traffickers.

The only reason Himes is framing cartel runners as victims is because Trump is the one stopping them.

If Biden had ordered the strike, MS NOW would be calling it bold leadership.

Because one truth never changes:

Democrats refuse to support Trump when he takes action that actually protects Americans — like deporting criminal illegal aliens, securing the border, and crushing cartel smuggling routes.

When Trump cracks down on traffickers, Democrats defend the traffickers.
