Would you ever run from law enforcement while in handcuffs or defend someone who was? LOL
Look at the woman’s face as she holds the child and listen to the sound she or another person makes. Someone even yells, “Leave him alone.” These people do not understand law and order.
Having a child does not excuse someone from breaking the law.
