Stephanie Minter, the woman to whom the reporter is referring, was recently stabbed to death at a bus stop in Virginia by an illegal alien who had 30 arrests in the past two years.
Democrats blame ICE both for deporting people and for not deporting people. But this illegal alien was arrested and released 30 times over the past two years thanks to Democrat policies, and an immigration judge blocked his deportation. Yet this open-borders Democrat governor of Virginia blames ICE.
