Rep. Suhas Subramanyam (D-VA) appeared on MSNBC this morning to praise Rep. Jasmine Crockett (D-TX) for her so-called talent and communication style, hyping her as one of the “young talented people” on the House Oversight Committee and claiming it would be “a really good thing for our party” if a figure like her took a leading role. He’s admitting that if Democrats seize power, they’d hand the reins to disasters like Crockett. Given that Democrats backed Joe Biden, this isn’t shocking—the party’s a lost cause.

Mocking Gov. Greg Abbott’s Disability: At a March 2025 Human Rights Campaign event, Crockett sneered, “We got Governor Hot Wheels thinking he’s hot stuff, but he’s just a hot mess.”
Calling for Violence Against Ted Cruz: In a March 2025 interview, Crockett ranted, “This dude has to be knocked over the head, like hard, right? Like there is no niceties with him, like at all. Like you go clean off on him. Ted Cruz is out here acting like he’s untouchable, but we ain’t playing with him.”
Dismissing Policy for “Vibes”: On Jimmy Kimmel Live in April 2025, Crockett scoffed, “I don’t think that, honestly, policy is what we need to be fighting about. It’s about connecting with people, getting the vibes right, that’s how we win.”
Claiming Illegal Entry Is “Not a Crime”: In a March 2025 interview, Crockett insisted, “It’s not a crime to come across that border. They really want our local law enforcement to go out and round up people when they could be looking out for the murderers and the sexual abusers, as well as the robbers.”
Urging Graduates to “Use a Chair” in Confrontations: At Tougaloo College’s May 2025 commencement, Crockett told graduates, “There are people that are going to tell you that there is not a table in which there is a seat for you, but I am here to remind you of Montgomery and those folding chairs. We know how to use a chair, whether we pulling it up or we doing something else with it.”
These are just a few of Crockett’s deranged outbursts, with a mountain of other remarks solidifying her toxic reputation. She’s no leader; she’s an unhinged loudmouth who thrives on division, lawlessness, violence and ignorance.
