Yet, their competing agendas unite in a shared drive for money and control, perpetuating endless conflict. This conflict-driven bureaucracy, posing as indispensable, sustains war under the guise of process and democracy, while President Trump insists, “I want everybody to stop dying,” pushing for peace and deals to end the combative status quo.
