Americans are paying more than ever for food at grocery stores and restaurants due to the Biden–Harris government’s inflationary spending policies. Since 2020, food costs in American homes have risen by 22 percent, while restaurant prices are up 27 percent.
The price of food in the U.S. hit an all-time high in July despite Democrat claims that inflation has subsided. In addition, housing and transportation costs also saw significant increases of 27 percent and 27 percent, respectively.
