Democrat Operative Jen Psaki Slams Hegseth And Duffy’s Fox-To-Trump-Cabinet “Theme”

After sixteen years as a Democrat Party operative, Jen Psaki now peddles Democrat propaganda and lies on the fake news for a living, relentlessly attacking Trump, defending Democrats, and sidestepping real journalism.

Yet she has the audacity to call out Fox News hosts like Pete Hegseth and Sean Duffy for shifting from media to politics. Her MSNBC comment, “To be fair, Pete Hegseth, you know the other Fox host who turned into a cabinet secretary,” alongside Duffy, represents a “theme,” is dripping with hypocrisy, as her own career exposes the deep connection between Democrats and their media mouthpieces. Psaki conveniently ignores that she spun through the same media-politics revolving door, trading her Democrat insider status for a microphone at CNN and MSNBC.

Psaki spent sixteen years in Democrat roles: Re-election Campaigns for Iowa Democrats (2001), Deputy Press Secretary for John Kerry’s 2004 campaign, Communications Director for Joseph Crowley (2005–2006), Regional Press Secretary for the Democrat Congressional Campaign Committee (2005–2006), Traveling Press Secretary for Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign, Deputy Press Secretary and Deputy Communications Director in the Obama Administration (2009–2011), Press Secretary for Obama’s 2012 re-election campaign, Spokesperson for the State Department (2013–2015), White House Communications Director (2015–2017), and White House Press Secretary for the Biden Administration (2021–2022). She also worked at Global Strategy Group, which is one of the largest Democrat polling firms in the country (2011–2012), and joined the Biden-Harris Transition Team (2020).

Starting in 2017, Psaki moved into news roles at left-leaning outlets: CNN Political Contributor (2017–2020), MSNBC Contributor (2022), host of Inside with Jen Psaki (2023–2025), and now host of The Briefing with Jen Psaki (2025–present), launched May 6, 2025. Her seamless shift to the “news,” where she spews Democrat propaganda, is far more egregious than the revolving door she mocks in Hegseth and Duffy.
