Omar’s vinegar attacker, Anthony James Kazmierczak — in what may have been a staged attack — was denied bail by a federal judge.
Kazmierczak has remained in custody since his arrest.
U.S. Attorney Daniel Rosen said:
“Assaultive behavior and acts of intimidation directed at officers and employees of the United States will not be tolerated.”
“Persons who engage in this criminal conduct can expect a swift response from law enforcement and federal prosecutors.”
Meanwhile, in blue cities across America, repeat criminals committing far worse violence against us walk free on bail the same day.
Assaults on and threats to politicians will not be tolerated — but assaults and threats against regular Americans are just fine.
