I promoted the post shown 24 hours ago. Even though X makes it look like the promotion is running, it says the post has reached only 22 people. Most, if not all, of those views are me.
So while X may have put the promote button back on my account, that does not mean the promotion is reaching anyone.
If this turns out like many of my past promoted posts, X will take my money, say the post is running, and then either stop the promotion after it reaches no one or claim it reached thousands of people while I still get no comments, no shares, and no likes.
X clearly knows how to push posts to the right audience when it wants to. But for some reason, it doesn’t do that for me.
