Psaki And Remnick: Two Professional Liars And Democrat Propagandists Call Trump A Liar

It’s funny watching liars call other people liars.

David Remnick, longtime editor of The New Yorker and author of the glowing Obama biography The Bridge, has spent many years as one of Barack Obama’s biggest cheerleaders — even though Obama was one of the biggest liars to ever serve as president.

On the May 7 episode of The Briefing with Jen Psaki, Remnick had this to say about Donald Trump:

David Remnick:

“But maybe President Trump abuses the privilege in degree. Look, it’s not a secret to you or to your viewers either, that Donald Trump lies constantly, almost to a comic degree.

He’s learned his way of being in the world and his rhetoric much more from Roy Cohn and Vince McMahon and Dana White than he has from his best presidential predecessors.

That much is evident, and we see it on a nightly basis. We see it on a daily basis. This is not an exceptional event when he lies like that.

And he knows that he’s surrounded by loyalist satraps who will do the same. That they know that their jobs depend on, you know, toeing the line no less than it exists in Putin’s Russia.

And that is heartbreaking to me, but it’s a reality.”

Jenny Psaki:

“It should be heartbreaking to everybody.

It seems like we are looking at a strategic failure here, I mean, potentially of historic proportions.”

Remnick throws in that line about President Trump learning more from Roy Cohn, Vince McMahon, and Dana White than from his “best presidential predecessors.” He’s clearly talking about Presidents Obama and Biden.

Yet Obama and Biden lied constantly.

Obama repeatedly claimed that under Obamacare, Americans could keep their doctors and health plans — a lie so blatant it was named PolitiFact’s “Lie of the Year.” He also pushed the narrative that the Benghazi attack was a spontaneous reaction to a YouTube video, even as his administration knew early on it was a coordinated terrorist attack.

He claimed there was “not even a smidgen of corruption” in the IRS targeting of conservative groups, and his administration denied high-level involvement in the Fast and Furious gun-running scandal that got a Border Patrol agent killed. He also insisted he “didn’t raise taxes once” despite multiple tax increases.

Biden lied every day for 50 years in office. More recently about his son Hunter’s business dealings, repeatedly denying any involvement or knowledge despite evidence of meetings and communications.

He also misled Americans about inflation being “transitory,” the Afghanistan withdrawal being a success, his own cognitive fitness, and repeatedly claimed the southern border was “secure” even as record numbers of illegal immigrants poured across it and fentanyl killed tens of thousands of Americans.

But did Psaki or Remnick call any of that out? Of course not. Not a single word. No lectures about “comic degree” lying. No fake heartbreak about “loyalist satraps.” Just total silence.

Psaki served in multiple senior communications roles under Obama, including White House Deputy Press Secretary and State Department Spokesperson, and as Biden’s White House Press Secretary, where she repeatedly pushed and defended their lies.

Notice how Remnick couldn’t resist throwing in a Putin comparison — typical for Democrats, who have far more in common with Putin’s authoritarian control tactics than Trump or Republicans ever have.

The irony is glaring. Liars and Democrat propagandists dominate the news.

No wonder millions of Americans have completely tuned them out — and keep tuning them out.

MS NOW = MS DNC.
